Repair Process

Getting into an accident is not something you want to do, but it does happen. The problem is many people do not know what to do in the event of an accident, deer hit, or even a hail storm.

Non Insurance

If you are in an accident, and you decide to settle with the person involved, come down for a free estimate. Keep in mind if there is any additional damages, the person who hit you will be responsible for any additional damages until the car is repaired 100%. Also the vehicle must be paid in full prior to releasing back to you.

With Insurance

If you decide to go through insurance there are a few things you need to do

• If the vehicle was towed, let us know where the vehicle is so we may have a tow truck pick it up and bring it to our shop

• If the vehicle is driveable, come by for an estimate.

• If your insurance is a direct repair with us, we can write the estimate and start repairs immediately

• If your insurance is not a direct repair with us, you need to let them know where your vehicle is so they can send an appraiser out to write an estimate.

• Once we receive the estimate, we can order parts and begin repairs

• Upon disassembly we will handle any additional damages with your company

• We handle any and everything needed to complete your repairs from wheel alignments to airbags and reseting your vehicles computer

• Once your vehicle is complete, we will notify you.

• All payments are due at time of pick up. deductible as well as insurance check is due to us
